Pharas' Tattoo thingy

I still don't know how to draw skin in the dark with colored light.... or just over all... fuck skin.

ANNNNYWAYS... I just wanted to draw Pharas kind of tattoo super fancy. It doesn't actually glow btw... I just did it here cause it's fancy... yeah
and she wouldn't wear pants like that... I just had no idea how to also show the leg parts without drawing her naked.. cause I just didn't wanted to draw her naked... idk


yeah I'm not really happy with the lights n stuff... but I guess I like the tattoo really much & the anatomy is .. okayyy??? Idk... this drawing is meäh!
